It's very easy right now. The best option is getting Medium legacies, since there are a lot of Dirt Medium races that provide good amounts of fans. Aditionally if you get lucky with Turf Legacies after first inspiration you can go for Japan cup and Tarakazuka Kinen you need C aptitude for a chance to win. If you have 9 turf and 9 medium legacies you can aim for classic year Tiara (all races are medium) and other medium races at end of year like Japan Cup, Elizabeth Cup, JBC cup Medium (dirt).
Yep, among all the currently available characters on global, Urara's personal epithet is just almost impossible (except you're brave enough to spam all races on her)
Getting 550k fans alone isn't that easy, but now you need to get lucky with turf, medium and preferably long distance races for the high fan counts… Yeah, not happening anytime soon in Global.

I might try with my Fan Bonus deck I use to get 900-950k Fans on for horses that can do the Medium/Longs and see if she can reach 550k without needing to do the Turf parents.

175k, and had a B in turf but a D in long. At least dhe didn't finish last
I use a turf spark (1 Star) and long (3 Star) with Haru and she got on 6th in Arima Kinen, sooo maybe with a very good sparks it can be possible.

550k is hard on any horse. I got aound that with Maruzensky and it wasnt easy…
For Haru to do it you need godlike turf and godlike long plus medium aptitude (A minimum).
Got 400k by making her turf B and focus on race

No western play its way easier in the Japanese version because there where several events that give crazy number of fans
The most fans i have with anyone is 480k. 550k is probably more of a grind than winning arima kinen with her.
