The NEW Xeno Pet Umbral Soul has arrived in Survivor.io! But is it actually better than the previous best pet, Gourmeow? 🤔
In this video, I test Umbral Soul vs Gourmeow in two different game modes to find out which pet performs better:
⚔️ Ender’s Echo
• Gourmeow: 34,482.8Q damage
• Umbral Soul: 40,913.4Q damage
• Gourmeow dealt 23% of the damage
• Umbral Soul dealt 22% of the damage
⛏️ Lunar Mine Expedition – Expedition Phase
• Gourmeow: 2,254 Medals
• Umbral Soul: 2,315 Medals
• Both pets dealt 15% of the damage
Umbral Soul came out ahead in both tests. In Ender’s Echo, the higher boss damage increase appears to have helped me reach significantly higher total damage, even though Umbral Soul’s own damage contribution was 1% lower.
In Lunar Mine Expedition, both pets dealt the same percentage of damage, but Umbral Soul helped me get 61 more Medals.
So… is Umbral Soul the new BEST pet in Survivor.io?
My tests suggest it could be, but we need more data! 📊

Hey playme do you think the fluctuation could be in part to twisting belt? Any thoughts on p3 battles where laceration will be more debuffed? Thanks for the info i am waiting about 15 more levels on my umbral then i will be able to test, so hopefully next week. I find p1 battles to be the most consistent testing place

Using AI for thumbnails doesnt make it look, just show your lack of talent, learn how to make one by your own, not a AI slop doing it.

I think you made a silly mistake if im not so wrong,,, if you have 100 xeno pet core then there is no need of changing the assist pets,,, just awake the assist pet to max,,, and the deployed pet,,, so that the assist pets can give you the maximum output
i just changed from penguin to the new pet and had a huge power up, but what i did was reach 100 xenopet cores first, that way you just need to focus on changing the main pet instead of all of them.
switched to umbral from gourmeow, didn't get all that good assist skills but the damage difference is noticeable
you do know that when you have more than 100 XC, you only need to change the deployed pet and not the every single one?
switch from nutjob 60000 Q to umbral 140 Qi

What is its best skills?
I got less medals with the new pet changing from Sandy idk if it's cause of the damage% on the assists skills
I will try to change my pet but first I need to collect more cookies as much as possible.
