( I noticed at least two things: he only goes to the island when he has three or more sparks. And he got the buffs from the island of stats that Mayano doesn't have, in this case Power and Guts. ) I'm trying to improve the way I play to be better optimized, so I'm accepting any tips.

What is the specific mechanism that lead the regular 3人 (people) to improved 3人 at training island? You skipped the first 3人 island training then use 2 turns to get the 3人 but the improved one , how does that even improved the stat that much compared the first 3人

Hi, Global Player here, I was wondering if the scenario or career goals are made harder (more stat requirements, skill requirements, etc.) to make up the amount of stats you can gain while using these "new" cards and events? Or is your uma just always going to beat every career goal because they have extremely high stats from using these support cards?
