The reason why Jin woo's dad was read in reverse was because they're in america at the moment.
manhwa is 10/10 but anime is 8.5 or 8.9 they are going too fast man, cutting important story lines. i recommend you guys to read it after watching if you like

Sung Il Hwan is similar to Go Gun Hee, the chairman. They're both strong & powerful. The only difference is that Gun Hee has become older so he's not as capable of fighting as Il Hwan.
Just for reference, they say that Jin-woo's father's name is "Il-Hwan Sung" because unlike in Japan and Korea, the US doesn't use honorifics when referring someone you just met. In Korea they say "Sung Il-Hwan" or "Sung Jin-woo" because of their culture's tendency to to be extremely polite to strangers (or at least, its that way 100% of the time in Manga, Manwha and Anime).
