So that leaves the feisty but sweet tomboy Hishi Amazon or the just plain sweet ramen-loving Irish princess Fine Motion. Probably going with Hishiyama because that description hits all of my buttons.
EDIT; But in terms of Best Dress, I'd go with Manhatten Cafe, followed by Fine Motion. Misunderstood the question, didn't see the title but to delete the above would be dishonest.
